- 1These Promotion Terms are provided by Rentino Inc. (“Rentino,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
- 2These Promoted Listings Terms (“Promotion Terms”) apply when an Owner purchases promotion for a Listing on Rentino (“Promoted Listings”). They supplement and form part of the Rentino Terms of Service and other Rentino policies. If there is a conflict for a specific Promotion purchase, the details shown at purchase (price, duration, placement) control.
Rentino is unable to deliver the promotion due to a verified technical error on our side.

What Promoted Listings are

Visibility boost only. A Promoted Listing is a paid feature that increases the visibility of your Listing on the Platform (for example, pinned placement, higher ranking, or more frequent display).

No guaranteed results. Promotion does not guarantee views, messages, bookings, or revenue. Search ranking and placement depend on multiple factors (location, availability, user demand, listing quality, safety/compliance signals).

Eligibility

Owner eligibility. You must have an active Owner account and meet any verification requirements shown in the Platform (including KYC if required for Owners).

Listing eligibility. A Listing must comply with Rentino’s rules, including the Acceptable Use & Prohibited Items Policy. Rentino may reject or remove promotion eligibility for listings that are unsafe, misleading, prohibited, or under investigation.

Pricing, duration, and start time

Price per day. Promotion pricing is displayed as a per-day amount (or equivalent) at the time you purchase.

Owner chooses duration. You select the number of days for which the Listing will be promoted.

Promotion start. Promotion typically starts when the Platform confirms activation. If your Listing is paused, unavailable, removed, or deactivated, promotion may pause or end.

Changes to pricing. Rentino may change promotion pricing at any time for future purchases. Changes do not affect promotions already purchased and activated.
